SHIPPING RATES

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship Internationally. If you are located outside of the USA, please check your cart and keep in mind International orders do not qualify for shipping discounts. The customer will be responsible for import duties and fees.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's delivery status.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary depending on your location. An estimated delivery time is provided during the checkout process, but please note that this is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
OneHappyStop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier and local authorities to file a claim.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
